Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
All custom orders have different timelines and processing times, as well as different pricing depending on what's included. Although every single product in my shop is open to customization, some restrictions apply like, for example, changing fonts or elements from a design of the collection invitations (semi-customs).
I highly encourage all my customers to reach me out for more information about their specific orders because each one is unique.
Custom orders spots are limited in a monthly basis, so I also encourage clients to reach as soon as possible in order to save a date.
Shipping
The shop owner is not responsible for any shipping delays or packages lost or delivered to wrong locations.
Also, I do not process refunds or do reprints or redo production in compensation for a missing package. If that's the case, I will always do my best to help the client find a solution but I can't hold responsibility for issues in a process that's not under my control as shipping.
In the case of a missing package, I also do not process claims to USPS, UPS, Fedex or any carrier chosen by the client. That needs to be issued by the client and I will always provide any extra information and support that could help to resolve the problem.
Calligraphy
When doing calligraphy for envelopes or any other paper good, and the client is providing them, they are responsible of covering the shipping charges involved in sending me the materials.
Calligraphy turnaround times vary depending on style, quantity and agenda. Please reach me out for accurate information regarding your order.
All calligraphy work is processed as a custom order.
Colors and materisl
Most invitation sets can be customized in terms of colors, but for paper goods such as envelopes the color customization is subject to materials availability at the moment of the order.
